What is a Horizontal Centrifugal Pump MN Monobloc?

The horizontal centrifugal pump MN Monobloc from Azcue Pumps in Spain is based on DIN 24255 and thus dimensionally the same as other pumps. In this way, it is replaceable with centrifugal pumps from other manufacturers in case of applications involving relatively pure liquids such as water and low viscosity.

The horizontal centrifugal pump MN from Azcue Pumps benefits from a pull-out design – the engine can be removed without disconnecting the pump from the pipeline, saving time during maintenance.

Thanks to the addition of wear rings, there is a small distance between the impeller and the pump casing that prevents wear on these parts.

Approved Horizontal Centrifugal Pump

The horizontal centrifugal pump is cast, machined and assembled at Azcue. Each pump is designed to fit your process, resulting in greater efficiency and lower lifetime costs in terms of wear and energy consumption. All pumps are tested individually before leaving the factory. The horizontal centrifugal pumps MN Monobloc are type approved by the Navy, eg Lloyds / ABS.

Like the other pumps in the Azcue program, the horizontal centrifugal pump MN benefits from the interchangeable part for reduced on board stockholding. The task of replacing a pump prematurely that just needs maintenance won’t be necessary.
