The Skærbæk Plant
In the past year, over a period of approx. 3 months assisted Babcock & Wilcox Vølund with various tasks at the Skærbæk works, owned by Ørsted.
The tasks were carried out by trained ship fitters from West-Marine A/S.
As a ship fitter, you have a very versatile education, an education that enables you to carry out many different types of tasks.
Tasks where the user typically wants to contact the manufacturers of the equipment that is failing and have their fitters come, bringing the necessary spare parts.
