Agency visit in Spain

In October, our Head of Sales, Frederik Vester Pedersen, stopped by northwestern Spain to visit Naval Torreiro, which manufactures a range of high-quality freshwater generators and water treatment systems. West-Marine is proud to be a distributor of their products.

During the visit, Frederik had the opportunity to meet with the employees of the company and receive comprehensive product training on a variety of freshwater systems.

“It has been an enlightening visit where we learned even more about the products. At West-Marine, we’re experiencing more and more customers choosing a freshwater system from ntorreiro for two primary reasons. It’s an easy and cost-effective way to produce freshwater, and the compact design creates ample space on board,” says Frederik Vester Pedersen.

At West-Marine, we are delighted to offer and deliver freshwater generators to some of the industry’s heavyweights and the country’s largest ships, all of which, to some extent, rely on being able to convert seawater into drinking water during their many days at sea. A process that now occurs extremely simply with a water treatment system and provides more space on board.
