What is an Inline Vertical Centrifgugal Pumpe LN

The vertical inline centrifugal pump LN is the most popular of the vertical centrifugal pumps. In fact, this pump is the vertical version of the horizontal MN centrifugal pump. The single-stage centrifugal pump from Azcue is designed for applications involving relatively pure liquids such as water and low viscosity liquids. The inline pump has high efficiency and low NPSHleading to a large suction capacity.

Like its cousin the horizontal MN, this vertical model benefits from a pull-out design that means less time for maintenance.

Maintenance of a Vertical Pump

Perfectly placed slide ring between the impeller and pump housing prevents these components from wearing.

The rings themselves need to be replaced at certain intervals preventing a more costly replacement of impeller or casing.

The pump is generally easy to disassemble.

Like the other pumps in the Azcue program, the centrifugal pump LN benefits from the interchangeable part for reduced on board stockholding. The task of replacing a pump prematurely that just needs maintenance won’t be necessary.
