Survival Kits for the Wind Industry

Our CEO, Carsten Larsen, and the rest of the team at West-Marine have been busy lately packing several hundred Survival Kits, among others for the Hollandse Kust Zuid wind farm.

The Survival Kits are being shipped to several major customers in the wind industry, including Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, which installs offshore wind turbines in Danish and international waters.

Our customers are very specific and demanding when they order West-Marine’s Survival Kits, and we can put together the contents of each kit exactly the way the customer wants.

There is good reason for that: it ensures that their wind turbine technicians will not run short of food, drink and much more while they are out on a job at an offshore wind farm.
