When a machine needs a gasket replacement, there is a risk that the entire operation will come to a halt. Once the gasket is replaced, work can resume, which is why it often needs to be replaced immediately.<\/p>\n\n

Nature Energy<\/a> was carrying out a sand removal and repair on one of their biogas reactors at their facility in Brande. The rubber gasket in their central agitator was damaged, making it urgent to acquire a new one.<\/p>\n\n

They needed a new gasket the same day to avoid any unnecessary delays in their work. A quick Google search led them to West-Marine A\/S. Keld Moesgaard immediately began making a new gasket in our Europack-department<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

“Even though we’re extremely busy, our utmost priority is to assist all our customers when it truly matters. And it did in this case, where Nature Energy needed a swift delivery. We quickly assessed the scope of the task and began fabricating the right rubber gasket, so they could pick it up later the same day,” says Keld Moesgaard, Head of Sales and Production at West-Marine.<\/p>\n\n

“I was faced with an urgent task, initially uncertain if it could be resolved the same day. Fortunately, West-Marine stepped up, and I’m confident that for future gasket-related tasks, I’ll remember them,” says Morten Andersen, Operational Engineer at Nature Energy.<\/p>\n\n
