In the past year, over a period of approx. 3 months assisted Babcock & Wilcox V\u00f8lund with various tasks at the Sk\u00e6rb\u00e6k works, owned by \u00d8rsted<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tasks were carried out by trained ship fitters from West-Marine A\/S.\r\nAs a ship fitter, you have a very versatile education, an education that enables you to carry out many different types of tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasks where the user typically wants to contact the manufacturers of the equipment that is failing and have their fitters come, bringing the necessary spare parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spare parts such as bearings, packing boxes, gaskets, O-rings etc. can often be brought by West-Marine A\/S or they can be obtained during project execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
