{"id":12099,"date":"2023-10-23T16:12:22","date_gmt":"2023-10-23T14:12:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/west-marine.dk\/?p=12099"},"modified":"2023-10-30T16:12:49","modified_gmt":"2023-10-30T14:12:49","slug":"overhaling-paa-drejoe-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/west-marine.dk\/da\/overhaling-paa-drejoe-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Overhaling p\u00e5 Drej\u00f8 II"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Vi fik en foresp\u00f8rgelse fra rederiet\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.erria.dk\">Erria A\/S<\/a>, om vi kunne udf\u00f8re overhaling af 1 stk. tunnel thruster p\u00e5 Drej\u00f8 II, som skulle dokke i Frederikshavn p\u00e5\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.orskov.dk\">ORSKOV YARD<\/a>. Og det kunne vi selvf\u00f8lgelig godt. Her skulle vores to serviceteknikere st\u00e5 for at afmontere skibets tunnel thruster, som efterf\u00f8lgende skulle gennemg\u00e5 en komplet overhaling.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Selve afmonteringen var en udfordring, men det lykkedes takket v\u00e6re hj\u00e6lp fra en kranbil og \u00d8rskov \u2013 vores samarbejdspartner p\u00e5 opgaven.<br>\u00a0<br>Efter demontering og efter aftale med \u00d8rskov og rederiet Erria, blev thrusteren transporteret til vores v\u00e6rksted i Esbjerg, hvor vi gennemf\u00f8rte en komplet overhaling. Alle dele blev grundig renset og lejer, liner, O-ringe etc. blev udskiftet, inden thrusteren blev samlet og testet for at sikre optimal ydeevne. Rederiet Erria havde selv st\u00e5et for at skaffe alle reservedele til overhalingen.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Alt gik efter planen, og Drej\u00f8 II kunne vende tilbage til drift uden tekniske udfordringer.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Vi er stolte af at levere denne type service og denne opgave er en p\u00e5mindelse om, at vi fortsat er en af de f\u00f8rende indenfor thrusteroverhaling.<br>\u00a0<br>Hvis du selv har brug for teknisk knowhow og support inden for thrusteroverhaling, s\u00e5 er vi dit p\u00e5lidelige valg.
